Inside Sales Representative

Oqcam is a successful SaaS company radically simplifying production in dental laboratories. Our rapidly evolving AI-based automation software makes the process of 3D Printing and CNC milling a lot more efficient and currently is directly involved in production automation of an annual volume of over 7,5 million dental parts. Our platform is trusted by hundreds of dental labs worldwide.

To continue growing our business, we are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with a dual focus on subscription renewals and cold calling to help drive customer retention and new business.

This role requires a proactive communicator who can build relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction while also engaging prospects through outbound outreach.

You will play a key role in driving revenue by connecting with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how our software can solve their challenges and brings benefits. You will be responsible for pipeline building and qualifying new leads, managing a pipeline of subscription renewals, and closing deals, all while working collaboratively with sales and application engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subscription renewals: Reach out to existing customers to ensure timely renewals, address concerns, and prevent churn
  • Conduct high volume outbound cold calls and emails to targeted prospects to generate new business and re-engage lapsed accounts
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product to communicate value and address objections
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track interactions, and forecast renewals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Work closely with application engineers to resolve any renewal-blocking issues
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to subscription renewal sales, retention, outreach activity, and closed deals
  • Collaborate with account managers to convert opportunities into sales
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, account management, business development or customer success experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with subscription-based business models and renewals
  • Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and outreach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
  • Organized and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the dental industry
  • Knowledge of the SaaS sales cycle and key metrics
  • Exposure to MEDDIC, SPIN, or other sales methodologies
