To continue growing our business, we are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with a dual focus on subscription renewals and cold calling to help drive customer retention and new business.
This role requires a proactive communicator who can build relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction while also engaging prospects through outbound outreach.
You will play a key role in driving revenue by connecting with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how our software can solve their challenges and brings benefits. You will be responsible for pipeline building and qualifying new leads, managing a pipeline of subscription renewals, and closing deals, all while working collaboratively with sales and application engineering teams.
